1.Change engine oil and filter. Clean magnetic drain plug and install new O-ring
2.Inspect oil lines and brake system for leaks, contact or abrasion
3.Inspect air cleaner; service as needed
4.Inspect tires, tread depth and adjust pressure
5.Check torque on wheel spokes
6.Change primary chaincase lubricant. Clean magnetic drain plug and replace O-ring
7.Change transmission lubricant. Clean magnetic drain plug and replace O-ring
8.Check clutch adjustment
9.Check level and condition of clutch fluid
10.Inspect drive belt and sprocket; adjust belt
11.Inspect compensator sprocket isolators for wear at each rear tire change
12.Check and lubricate brake and clutch controls; adjust as needed
13.Inspect and lubricate jiffy stand
14.Inspect fuel lines and fittings for leaks, contact or abrasion
15.Inspect brake fluid sight glass
16.Inspect brake pads and discs for wear
17.Check operation of electrical equipment and switches
18.Rebuild front forks
19.Adjust steering head bearings
20.Inspect windshield bushings
21.Check air suspension pressure, operation and for leakage
22.Lubricate hinges and latches on fuel door, Tour-pak carrier and saddlebags
23.Check torque on critical fasteners
24.Inspect, clean and tighten battery connections. Check voltage
25.Inspect exhaust system for leaks, cracks, and loose or missing fasteners or heat shields
26.Road test to verify component and system functions
