1.Change engine oil and filter. Clean magnetic drain plug and install new O-ring
2.Inspect oil lines and brake system for leaks, contact or abrasion
3.Inspect air cleaner; service as needed
4.Inspect tires, tread depth and adjust pressure
5.Check clutch adjustment
6.Check level and condition of clutch fluid
7.Inspect drive belt and sprocket; adjust belt
8.Inspect compensator sprocket isolators for wear at each rear tire change
9.Check and lubricate brake and clutch controls; adjust as needed
10.Inspect and lubricate jiffy stand
11.Inspect fuel lines and fittings for leaks, contact or abrasion
12.Inspect brake fluid sight glass
13.Inspect brake pads and discs for wear
14.Check operation of electrical equipment and switches
15.Check air suspension pressure, operation and for leakage
16.Lubricate hinges and latches on fuel door, Tour-pak carrier and saddlebags
17.Inspect, clean and tighten battery connections. Check voltage
18.Inspect exhaust system for leaks, cracks, and loose or missing fasteners or heat shields
19.Road test to verify component and system functions
