1.Change oil and filter. Clean magnetic drain plug and install new O-ring
2.Inspect oil lines and brake system for leaks, contact and abrasion
3.Inspect air cleaner; service as needed
4.Inspect tires, tread depth and adjust pressure
5.Check clutch adjustment
6.Check adjustment on primary chain
7.Inspect drive belt and sprockets; adjust belt
8.Check throttle, brake and clutch controls; adjust and lubricate
9.Inspect and lubricate jiffy stand
10.Inspect fuel lines and fittings for leaks, contact or abrasion
11.Inspect brake fluid sight glass
12.Inspect brake pads and discs for wear
13.Lubricate front lever pin
14.Lubricate brake caliper pins
15.Replace brake caliper boots and bushings
16.Inspect rear master cylinder outer boot
17.Replace rubber components in master cylinders and calipers. Lubricate master cylinder pistons
18.Check operation of electrical equipment and switches
19.Inspect, clean and tighten battery connections annually, check battery voltage
20.Inspect exhaust system for leaks, cracks, and loose or missing fasteners or heat shields
21.Road test to verify component and system functions.
