1.Change oil and filter. Clean magnetic drain plug and install new O-ring
2.Inspect oil lines and brake system for leaks, contact and abrasion
3.Inspect air cleaner; service as needed
4.Inspect tires, tread depth and adjust pressure
5.Check torque on wheel spokes
6.Check transmission lubricant. Clean magnetic drain plug and replace O-ring
7.Check clutch adjustment
8.Check adjustment on primary chain
9.Inspect drive belt and sprockets; adjust belt
10.Check throttle, brake and clutch controls; adjust and lubricate
11.Inspect and lubricate jiffy stand
12.Inspect fuel lines and fittings for leaks, contact or abrasion
13.Inspect brake fluid sight glass
14.Inspect brake pads and discs for wear
15.Lubricate front brake lever pin
16.Lubricate brake caliper pins
17.Replace brake caliper boots and bushings
18.Inspect rear master cylinder outer boot
19.Replace brake rubber components in master cylinders and calipers. Lubricate master cylinder pistons
20.Check operation of electrical equipment and switches
21.Inspect, clean and tighten battery connections annually, check battery voltage
22.Rebuild front forks
23.Check torque on critical fasteners
24.Inspect engine mounts and stabilizer links
25.Inspect exhaust system for leaks, cracks, and loose or missing fasteners or heat shields
26.Road test to verify component and system functions.
