1.Change oil and filter. Clean magnetic drain plug and install new O-ring
2.Inspect oil lines and brake system for leaks, contact and abrasion
3.Inspect tires, tread depth and adjust pressure
4.Check torque on wheel spokes
5.Check transmission lubricant. Clean magnetic drain plug and replace O-ring
6.Check clutch adjustment
7.Check adjustment on primary chain
8.Inspect drive belt and sprockets; adjust belt
9.Check throttle, brake and clutch controls; adjust and lubricate
10.Inspect and lubricate jiffy stand
11.Inspect fuel lines and fittings for leaks, contact or abrasion
12.Inspect brake fluid sight glass
13.Inspect brake pads and discs for wear
14.Check operation of electrical equipment and switches
15.Adjust steering head bearings
16.Check torque on critical fasteners
17.Inspect, clean and tighten battery connections annually, check battery voltage
18.Inspect exhaust system for leaks, cracks, and loose or missing fasteners or heat shields
19.Road test to verify component and system functions.
